Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@bnbtnaturals.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Due to the consumable nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items such as oils, serums, masks, mists, and gels. Additionally, custom or personalized products are non-returnable. For other items, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. For specific questions regarding an item, please contact us.
Exchange Requests
To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in intact packaging, with proof of purchase. Start an exchange request by emailing info@bnbtnaturals.com, and follow the steps below for a smooth exchange process.
Exchange Process
Documentation: Send four clear photos (all sides) and a short video of the item to info@bnbtnaturals.com for a quality inspection.
Replacement Product Selection: Indicate the product you’d like in exchange, which should be of equal or greater value. Any price difference will need to be settled before the dispatch of the replacement.
Approval Confirmation: Dispatch the original item only after receiving confirmation of approval for the exchange.
Shipping Details: Once approved, ship the item via courier to the address provided by our team, ideally reusing the original packaging box.
Exchange Shipping Fee: An additional Rs. 100 courier fees will be applied for the new product dispatch.
Exchange Example
For an original product of Rs. 589, you’ll need to select a replacement product of at least the same value. The total amount due will be Rs. 589 (original price) + Rs. 400 (difference if new product is Rs. 989) + Rs. 100 (courier fee) = Rs. 1089.

Eligible Reasons for Replacement
Wrong Product Delivered: Received an item different from what was ordered.
Expired Product Delivered: Delivered product past its expiration date.
Damaged Product Delivered: Physical damage or tampering with product or packaging.
Incomplete Order: Missing products within your order.
Defective Product Received: Faulty or malfunctioning product.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will ensure that your replacement request is handled promptly.

Conditions for Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Items
There are specific situations where we may not be able to accommodate a return or replacement:
Opened/Used/Altered Products: Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
Missing Original Packaging: Items missing original packaging, including mono cartons, labels, etc.
Late Requests: Return or replacement requests submitted after 3 days from delivery.
